I got an email from a fella there wondering about suppliers outside of USA.
It is hard to find them, but they're there.
The one I used outside of USA was www.madinter.com
But I found this lads website, and he has a very concise list of suppliers:

- now granted all of them are not strictly luthier suppliers, but it is the best collaboration for anyone interested in buying music related supplies online.
